Pozytywka | collaboration with our agency:
The Pozytywka Festival is probably the largest cultural event of its kind for children in Europe. The Pozytywka Foundation is dedicated to spreading culture among children in its broadest sense, reaching towns and villages with its message, uniting generations and building a POSITIVE message. All this is possible thanks to the support of business, which builds its PR and plans its CSR activities in this way. The Foundation approached us to help them create a website that would help them increase their online reach and attract more followers by clearly presenting their achievements, mission, vision and goals to date.
We will solve any problem!
We love creative projects where we can think and create outside the box. However, every website has to fulfil its specific objectives. In this case, we had to ensure that the new site: – convey the atmosphere of the Pozytywka Festival, the main initiative of the Foundation, – encourage the parents of the children to whom the festival is addressed to participate in future editions, – with its message reach potential investors who want to build their PR through culture, – meet all the standards of a good website: responsiveness, optimisation, loading speed, etc., – be easy to use and update. – it was easy to use and update, but also properly secured.
What was our plan? Aim pal!
A project where graphic designers can let their imagination run wild and immerse themselves in a fairytale atmosphere – that’s it! But we could not lose sight of the overriding objective, which was to convey to potential investors why it is worth cooperating with Pozytywka to build positive CSR. An effective combination of fairy tales, business and a clear message to the Festival audience-this is what we had in mind when designing this website. The icing on the cake is the crowdfunding system – that is, the opportunity to collect contributions from anyone who has been to Pozytywka, enjoyed the atmosphere and wants to take their children to the next edition next year.
How did we manage during the design process?
In order to best tackle the task at hand, we spent a lot of time and coffee to analyse the sites of the best in the crowdfunding industry, looked for inspiration among charities at home and overseas to best reflect the idea of the project. We used the conclusions of the analysis to design a lightweight, eye-catching and easy-to-navigate website with WooCommerece.
What technologies have we used?
In order to best achieve our objectives, we decided to base the new website of the Pozytywka Foundation on an individual graphic design, created especially for the Customer, on the basis of the visual identity he has. The site was programmed specifically for the client to achieve good optimisation and speed, and we included the popular content management system Word Press to make it easier for the client to manage their own site. Finally, we configured the crowdfunding products and guided the client through the entire process of registration and integration of online payments needed to handle charity bricks.
Our graphic designers made sure that the website design visually reflected the spirit of the Festival and at the same time met all the standards for display on the Internet, including RWD (responsive) standards. In planning the layout of the site, we devoted a great deal of attention to accurately presenting the idea of the Festival and materials from previous editions. There was also an area dedicated to presenting the companies that already cooperate with the Foundation and a place for further potential investors to learn about the opportunities offered by investing in culture, specifically in the Pozytywka Culture Festival. The strategic positioning of the CTA buttons (i.e. call-to-action buttons) directs anyone interested to a subpage where they can very simply support the Festival with a donation of a chosen amount.
